These Terms of Service govern your use of BahasaBridge Support's AI-powered customer support platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
BahasaBridge Support provides AI-powered customer support automation, including multi-channel communication management, real-time translation services, ticketing systems, and CRM integrations for Malaysian businesses.
Users must be authorized representatives of legitimate businesses and provide accurate registration information. Accounts are non-transferable and must be used in compliance with Malaysian laws and regulations.
Services are provided on a subscription basis with per-seat pricing and metered translation usage. Billing occurs monthly in advance, with usage charges calculated at the end of each billing period.
Users must not use our platform for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates Malaysian law. The service is intended solely for legitimate business customer support operations.
Customers retain ownership of their data while granting us necessary rights to process information for service delivery. We implement strict data protection measures in compliance with PDPA requirements.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. Service credits may be available for extended outages as outlined in your specific service agreement. Maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak hours.
BahasaBridge Support retains all rights to our platform, AI models, and proprietary technology. Customers receive a limited license to use our services during their subscription period.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
While our AI provides high-quality translations, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Users should review critical communications and understand that AI systems have inherent limitations.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. We may suspend services immediately for violations of these terms or non-payment. Data export options are available upon termination.
Our platform integrates with various third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of external services, though we maintain service agreements where possible.
Users must ensure their use of our services complies with all applicable Malaysian laws, including PDPA, telecommunications regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice to users. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Malaysian courts under Malaysian law.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
